Many, many thanks for taking such excellent care of my princesses, Lexi and Tori.  They have been running, jumping and wrestling again.  They are back training.  In fact, Lexi completed her BN title with a 193 (2nd place) and RN with a 100 for 2nd place!

Dear Dr.Lappin and Staff,

We received the condolence card and the cast of Fracks' paw print.  To be honest with you, we both still tear up when we look at the paw cast.  Your care of our animals has been nothing short of outstanding.  We originally came to you because of your pricing, we stayed because of your love for animals and your understanding of the relationship between a pet and its' caretaker.  When Frack, our little orange cat, was sick you gave him an extra year of life and let us know when it was time to let him go before he got so bad that he would suffer.  Although the pain of losing Frack is still fresh, so is our appreciation of what you did for him and therefore for us.  It's been my experience that few people truly find their purpose in life.  You have surely found yours.  Thank you again for your love and concern for our animals.
